Start of week 6

After the triumph of Fridays 20 minute run. It’s time to settle down and begin Week 6. Last weeks mindset was ‘ I can not run for 20 minutes’. It would be very easy to think that now you’ve ran for 20 minutes, your Mo Farah. Weeks 6-9 are preparations for 30 minute running 3 X week. The mindset must be continue training as you have been doing, not over exerting yourself, keep to the program, not skipping or missing runs and maintain the running pace that has got you this far. I am a runner, I was not born a runner, C25K made me a runner.

Although W6 appears hard, I actually enjoyed it the most and said I would start back here if ever I had to. So far so good though, Slow and Steady is the key 🔑 for me. Enjoy W6 !! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
