1 run left which will be a park run on Saturday. Mega excited I must say. 2 month of constant leg pain and taking pain killers rounds up what has been an amazing journey for me and my fellow C25K colleagues.

Well done on your journey but I hope you have seen a medical professional.
Long term use of painkillers is not good for your body and if the pain is persisting something needs addressing beyond painkillers.
Take care.

If the leg pain is running related perhaps you should slow down? I know you’re near graduation but that’s only really the start. If it’s not definitely get it checked. You could also look at the Japanese slow jogging technique (there’s a short film on youtube) which is low impact - designed for injury free running. Take care.

Best wishes for your Parkrun on Saturday. It’s a great way to celebrate finishing the plan. Just take your time. Don’t get caught up in the atmosphere and take off too fast.
Enjoy.
