Graduation

Graduated this morning, with some help from my furry friend. I manged 4.8k within the 30 min run and warm up/down walk. Best distance and pace so far. The dog ran much further than I did as she was busy chasing the birds. I would encourage anyone to do this programme. I never thought I could run 😁😁😁
