Starting again after graduating

Quick question. I completed week 7 on Saturday (despite getting lost). I have persuaded my sister to start the plan and have said I will start it again with her when I graduate in 2 weeks. My question is should I be doing anything else in order to keep progressing as I will need rest days too..

Repeating C25K is not going to push your progress and you will need rest days, as you say.

If you record the distance that you cover in thirty minutes by yourself, then you have a gauge to work by. Run with your sister and record distance covered, then by yourself run the extra difference to make up to your 30 minute distance.

Take care not to do too much too soon.

Thanks IT - yes I thought that would be the best thing - don't think there is any chance of me ever doing too much... Maybe I will learn to enjoy it too.
