Completed last year, then fell down stairs carrying grandson, put on 10kg while recovering so having to start again, day one complete, wearing a leg brace, not sure how long will take to get back,

Oh no! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hopefully you will regain your fitness quite quickly. Have you checked with your doctor about running with the leg brace? Good luck with your running journey #2

Yeah, he told me to take it slow, took the brace for him to check right one for running so all good, I have COPD he was more worried about that.

That's the plan, why I have gone to beginning, although I managed to run uphill this time.

Well you have the advantage of knowing what to expect, you know you did it once so you can do it again!

Good luck and enjoy reliving the special milestones 👍🏻😁

Poor you! Kudos though for wanting to get back out there. Slow and steady will win the race (or in this case, complete the programme). Take it really slowly, build up, you know you can do it, as you've already done it. I admire you for doing this with your health challenges. Good luck on your journey 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🤞🤞🤞
