Correction the pain is right at the top of my shin

Hey all,

Thanks for your advice last week. I originally thought the pain I was getting was in my knee but it’s right at the top of my shin about an inch below my knee. I’ve only completed week 1 and now had to stop. I’ve started doing the NHS knee exercises on day 2 and I’m going to make an appointment with physio but has anyone got any ideas?

Physio sounds like the right move. Get your leg right. The running will be there waiting for you once you’re right again.
