Tomorrow I start week nine and I can honestly say I really didn't think I would make it. Not without repeating a few weeks. But I have absolutely loved doing this program. I am not a born runner and was still hating running in week 3 but as the time has gone on I've grown to really love going out. A bit worried what to do next as I have loved the podcast and found it really encouraging. Any tips on where to go next if I complete week nine? Would love another podcast. Something to follow on 🙂

You need to give yourself a little time to decide what you want to do. I had no idea when I graduated that my love would be distance, I struggled so much but I found the further I ran the easier I found it, some love park run and go for speed, some just like going out 30 mins three times a week and some go on to do triathlons or tough mudders, there is so much scope. Try a bit of everything and see what suits you, Happy running.
