After a few hiccups I've completed week nine. Can't believe how much I've enjoyed doing the podcast! Me and my friend that I run with are going to continue running 3x30 mins for a few weeks and then maybe look at Couch to 5k+.

Completed Week 9

Congratulations! Graduation is a great feeling and even more precious after hiccups!

Well done and congratulations! I graduated this week and have the exact same plan as you so it must be a good one

Congratulations. Great that you're so young and can have the rest of your life ahead of you - fit! Well done. Spread the word at uni - start a new group!

Woohoo! Yet another graduate! I hope you feel really proud and are planning your future running adventures.

Many congratulations. Enjoy the moment and feel proud. You deserve it

Congratulations ! Yay , Well done to you ! xxx

Well done. The trick now is to keep getting out 3 times or so a week. Don't let that slide. I don't know where you are at Uni, but is there a local parkrun? (ours starts and finishes at the University Sports Centre, so we know that students can make it). I realise that the 9am start time on a Saturday morning is a little early, but if you can make it to a parkrun I'm sure you'd enjoy it. It stops your future running becoming monotonous (and also gives you the opportunity to spot and have a quiet laugh at some of your lecturers as they struggle round...)

Congratulations PBR, good luck with your future plans.

Good for you! Can't wait to join the graduation group!
