I've Done It !!!!!

Today I graduated !!

To all you new people out there, if I can do it anyone can !!!. I am over 40, started at 3 stone overweight, didn't own a pair of trainers and hadn't done any real exercise for 20 years !!!

I've run 'Thunder Road' with Bruce who told me I was 'Born to Run', Jess Glynne 'Held my Hand' and David Guetta who told me am 'Titanium. On the instruction of Journey 'I Didn't Stop Believing' and Take That told me I could 'Shine'.

So today I am a very happy lady. I didn't get to 5k. But I know if I run another 4 minutes I will.

Thank you to all at Health Unlocked, members and administrators who have gave me advice and encouragement. This forum is amazing.

Fantastic result to hear that you have got to the end of week 9. I finished mid-February and I am still running for only 30 minutes at a time and yet I have no idea what distance I cover. It’s just fun knowing that the body works and the legs can run!
