Week 5 is done something I never thought possible at beginning of the week but I took every day as it come and never give in had my rest day and thought about what I had to do next I was worried that if I was struggling with the two 8 minutes runs how the he'll could I run 20 minutes well I did it and this just proves this program works it's all in the mind be your minds boss when it's tell you stop your legs ache I say wait I'm not out of breath check heart rate that's not in danger levels cracking on stop trying to cheat on myself so pleased with this app and all of you for your support

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
