Can't believe it... I did it! I RAN FOR 20 MINUTES - yippeee!
Took my son with me for moral support (his walking pace was faster than my shuffle-jog, so not sure how 'supportive' that was)... but I told him to 'run' (slowly)... and hubby met me at the end of my route in the car, with very loud music to see me through my last 2 minutes, my dogs came too... they are still panting loudly, but I feel rather calm (and hungry!).
Keep on running folks!
On to W6 on Monday!

Congratulations to you 'primaballerina' on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
