Just back from w5r3 & I nailed it I'm pleased to say!
A bit reluctant but my husband kicked me out of bed & told me to go, I'm so pleased he did, I avoided the rain but instead it was dodge the muddy puddles, my pretty summer shoes are not suited to mud trails ππ

Brilliant stuff, we are in Week 6 together now. Shame about the shoes though - still the Β£1 per km running fund soon builds up and you can get the new ones. πππππ spot the new emojis I found them behind the French keyboard setting!
Ooh well done, it took ages for me find them! Yeah, w6r1 date booked for Tuesday!! Good luck with yours tomorrow & hope you're feeling better about everything ππ
MrsT82 and I came up with a cunning plan. I read somewhere that one of our graduate runners gave themself an incentive of Β£1 a km run, towards sexy new running kit. MrsT then thought of getting her other half to stump up. He laughed and we took that as a yes! SO now we have the matched running fund idea. You put in a Β£1 and so does he for every km run. Sneakily we never defined the word 'run' so the way I see it, it definitely includes the walking part, because my maths skill isn't up to do substractionπππππΌββοΈ
