I did it, 20 mins non-stop - wow! Spent the first five minutes fighting the doubts that creeping in (“uh oh my legs hurt already” “my throat hurts, I really shouldn’t be running with a sore throat” “oh no is that a twinge in my back I’ll have to stop” etc etc etc) but I just kept going and before I knew it there were only a couple of minutes left. My legs felt very wobbly when I slowed down for the cool down walk, but hey, I did it!
