I’ve started wk4,achievd the 1st run with no prob but the 2 nd run I had to stop midway on the 1st 5min jog so wasn’t too happy! I’m doing run 3 tomorrow so hope I can make it!

Take it steady and no shame in repeating a run and achieving it as moving on without completing previous might land you with injuries/ be demotivating. I had to stop at W4R2 at beginning of November as ignored Achilles pain till it just went and left me limping for 3 months but back now in W6 having started right back at beginning . All the best !

Have you tried slowing down? As the time lengthens, many of us have discovered we can run even slower than we thought. For me it really helped. On YouTube there is a video - search for Japanese slow running technique. You can always build up speed later; for now the aim is to keep going for the time to build stamina. Good luck! 🐢

As others have said, no shame in a repeat, and we’re ready to move on when we’ve completed a run. Think if this as learning to run for 30 mins duration - speed and distance are for another day. So as the durations increase try slowing your running right down. Your brisk walk can be faster than your run! I run using the Japanese slow jogging technique (there’s a short film on youtube), it revolutionised my running and I still run this way.

Maybe repeat Run 2 first and slow down...each run builds on the one before, so complete Run 2 comfortably... if you are struggling slow down more.
