So I have finally started today just completed my first day couldn’t quite do the full 60secs per run but managed about 40-50secs (not run in years) and so unfit, thought I was going to die, but I did manage to complete the whole 1st round 💪🏽

Welcome Stacey, and well done for getting off the couch. One bit of advice that you’ll read a lot on here is..... slow down! Week 1 was the hardest for me, my body didn’t know what on earth was going on and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. Keep plodding on and you'll be amazed at how quickly you get stronger. Good luck, and keep reporting your progress back here - we've all been through it!

Well done for making a start! I always think the first step in anything is the hardest...and you’ve done it! Focus on what you’ve achieved rather than what you didn’t. :) x

As telford_mike says you may need to slow down. Where it says run, think jog. You will be building up to longer runs and you want to adopt a sustainable pace, no sprints!

Well done you!!! I've just completed my first ever run as well! I did keep running but the middle ones felt long. I have heard that some people have to complete week 1 runs a few times before moving on.

When are you doing your next run? Mine is on Friday, probably early morning when no one is around to see my red sweaty face!

Well done on your first run. I found it gets easier as the body gets used to the idea and the breathing gets into gear. Just keep going and you’ll be astonished by how much you improve!

I did only one run more than you. And it is true; that is difficult; but as a lot of people said, I also think the most difficult has been to do the first step ! I did it without stopping but I don't run fast at all. I don't want to be discouraged too fast.

keep your motivation ! I am sure you will have soon good results ;)
