Why not try it and see how you go , slow and steady you might surprise yourself if you’ve managed run 2 , push through and let us now how you go

Fab place for a run ethelmary! Your runs are all prep for the next one so why don’t you give it a go? I think you’ll find you can do it!

Gosh where is that, ethelmary? It's stunning! Another one encouraging you to try run 3, if you managed run 2 you should be fine. Old floss knows these things 😊

Hampton Court palace. When I’m up in London I treat it like my back garden(if I had one) I will try r3 asap

That's the spirit!👏 To my shame I've never been to Hampton court, and it's really not too far for me to get there😶 Looks like I need to correct that pretty soon!

Trust the program. If you completed R2 ok why not move to R3? I struggled on a couple of runs and I repeated those before moving on, but when I completed a run successfully I went on to the next. You might surprise yourself too, which makes the run even more rewarding. Good luck.

I didn't think I felt ready for Run 3 today but I did it! The 20 minutes straight running feels like such an achievement (even if I was pretty slow at times!), I'm glad I gave it a go. Go for it!
