I have just completed run 1 of wk 2, bearing in mind I did the 1st wk twice. I am amazed that I actually kept going throughout! .How do I find ‘my runs ‘on the app please?

To find the C25K app, it depends on the device you are using. I use my Android Smartphone and got the C25K app from Google Play, there are other options available.
Ah,thanks.My prob is I’m unable to store anything on my mob as it’s so old-but I like it, I have the c25k app on my I pad do my jogs With it which isn’t ideal,but coping with it.it states I can look at my runs with this app,now totally confused!
A little awkward for you having to take your Ipad with you for your runs, when I was doing C25K I had to memorise all the runs from my Laptop before I started the runs as the Smartphone I had at the time, like yours did not have enough power and memory on it. Perhaps you could take the time part of your phone with you for your runs and memorise the parts before you go out. 😊
The C25K app doesn’t store runs... just the fact that you’ve done them. To store the runs you’ll need a tracker so Nike Tun Club, Strava, MapMyRun amongst many others.
