For 20+ years I’ve gone to the gym twice a week, gritting my teeth to get through 15 minutes on the treadmill, hating every second. I’d run 2.1 k maximum, never getting any better. Purple faced. I thought that was as good as it gets!
I’m now 64. Today ran W9 R2 - very happy with my usual route, including uphill bits and nippy headwind. And covered 4.1k in 30 mins! I’ve made speed progress almost without noticing while concentrating on not stopping. I love this programme! Thank you C25K!

Almost there, just one more run to graduating, I know that you you can do it, treadmill, you don't like it, that's why here on C25K they call it a dreadmill. Good luck with your graduation 🏃 😊
