Chuffed!

I entered a 5K fun run on Christmas Eve 2018 and realised I just couldn’t run. In January I downloaded the app and started the program. I struggled from the start but here I am now running 5K without stopping, something I thought was impossible for me. I repeated week 5 after a virus floored me and kept going. So pleased with myself. I’m going to try to keep running 5K for a few weeks then build on it. Great way to shift a midriff too 😂.

Apart from seasoned athletes and young children in the 8 to 14-year-old category who can just go out and run a 5K it is not advisable for anyone to run that distance without some sort of training, so well done on you nowcompleting the 5K distance.
