Great and achievable objectives, most people report losing inches if not so much weight, but definitely fitter, both physically and mentally.

Well done. That was the hardest bit. Trust the plan and you will be fine. I’m a bit further ahead having just finished week6. There will be times where you might wobble but you can do it!

Great job... toughest run done! The next one you know you can do... and you just did over 20 minutes of cardio exercise, which from the couch is the hardest step up you’ll ever do in your running. Enjoy run 2

Thanks all! It was fine... my knees hurt after but are ok again now. It was a tad dark but that meant no one could see me 🤣🤣 Run 2 scheduled for Friday!
