It's taken me 6 months but I have just finished the 3rd run of week 9! This time last year I tried to start the Nhs C25K but couldn't manage 30 seconds running so gave up. Tried again in December and have persevered ever since, getting out 3 times a week even when, due to an illness meaning my iron levels are v low, it sometimes felt like my fitness was going backwards! I am now on iron supplements and haven't looked back, loving my running and am very proud of myself. On the days wwhen I struggled to get out the door I always found inspiration in this forum so thank you all for posting.
