Completed R3 run this morning, in the rain. Not a huge milestone compared to some of you, but it still feels good. Can't say that R3 was any easier than R1.

Started R1 3 weeks ago, didn't think I'd be able to do it, but here I am having completed week 1 in one week.

Bring on W2😉

Hey VeryQuirky - you’re wrong, it IS a huge milestone!

You’ve actually chosen to get off your behind and do something - and not just once either, you’ve kept it up! Seriously, well done you!

You've done very well! I'm a bit slow at replying as can't always find the person I spoke to last! I completed Week 5 Run 3 yesterday morning and it felt great ( even though I still feel I'm never going to do it! ) . It is amazing how the programme just seems to knit together even though you think it won't! Week 6 tomorrow so off to read up about it now.

Not what you're looking for?
