Woke up with sniffles and a sore throat and wondered whether ok to go out. Really enjoyed run 2 this week and didn’t want to miss a run so googled whether ok to run with a cold and google said yes so out we went. It was harder but glad we did it 😁think might stick with w4 until feel better

We never let any of our patients exercise if they have an infection as that puts additional strain on the body xx
Sorry I had researched via the NHS website which seemed to suggest it was ok. Appreciate your comment.
I read that too, above the neck is ok.
That said, when I tried it it was not a good run, well my nose ran well, the rest of me.... not so much 😊
Mine wasn’t a great run and to be fair if this was a run day I wouldn’t be going out as I feel much worse today 😐think I may need a couple of days off but I’ll see how I feel in the morning 😀 it’s true what’s said about it being addictive 😀hope you feel better soon
Well done. Finding a reason to run is much better than finding an excuse not to.
