It took me a week to get back to running. The horrible cold weather didn't help. But I was determined to get up and out. I even woke up 10 minutes before my alarm went off! Hehehe.

I was a bit worried that having so much time off since my last run, I wouldn't have the stamina to run for 25 minutes, non-stop. but I kept my pace slow and steady.

I was so happy to hear Michael tell me I had 1 minute to go!

Yes, I did it!! :)

Great job. Sometimes a week off helps every now and then, as you come back all refreshed. Enjoy run 2, sounds like you got this.

Thank you. Feels good to know that I can do this so am no longer worrying about the next 2 runs :)

Well done! It seems that short breaks (anything up to 2 weeks) don't do much to reduce our fitness and can actually do us a bit of good. On the home stretch now. :)
