It took me a week to get back to running. The horrible cold weather didn't help. But I was determined to get up and out. I even woke up 10 minutes before my alarm went off! Hehehe.
I was a bit worried that having so much time off since my last run, I wouldn't have the stamina to run for 25 minutes, non-stop. but I kept my pace slow and steady.
I was so happy to hear Michael tell me I had 1 minute to go!

Well done! It seems that short breaks (anything up to 2 weeks) don't do much to reduce our fitness and can actually do us a bit of good. On the home stretch now.
