Well I did it. W9R3 this morning. 30 minutes and just over 5k. Pace 5 minutes per km. Sun was shining and the sky marks in Kent were cheering me all the way.
Feel great. 20 kg lighter than when I started and 6 inches of my waste. At 60 if I can then anyone can. Go out there and just do it.
Onwards now with a plan to do 5k every other day and once a week a longer run building up to 10k
