So I posted yesterday saying I could understand why W5R2 I was covering less distance. Well today I did W5R3 which I wasn’t looking forward to as it was the 20 min run. Never thought I would do it as was running into the wind for some of it, but I did it and I covered more distance this time so I’m well happy with that. Next week 6 😬

Me too! Never ever thought I could run for 20 mins and was worried about the leap from 2x8 but hey I just did it!! 😁 I did find somewhere slightly downhill for the middle bit 😉. This app is spot on and it's working for me so far.
Brilliant! Thats my next run. I know it's coming and I'm determined to just keep my steady pace.
I've returned to the app after an 8 month break from running. Was doing 5 mies easily but the winter months, and dark evenings just don't do it for me. Also part of my route is along a canal tow path so I'm a tad reticent to compromise my safety on unlit paths.
So, I know I'll be able to run the 20 mins but it's been so long since I last did this!
Well done, it seems that this run is definitely achievable even if it takes more than one attempt. It's my turn on Monday so hopefully I can manage it too
