I’ve done it!!! This run nearly psyched me out 😲 also had an extra rest day as I celebrated the end of dry January this weekend πŸ₯‚ I was going to put it off until tomorrow but just as I sat down for the night I changed my mind and went for it. So glad I did πŸ‘πŸ»

Well done D48P, there have been quite a few runners that have completed that run today.

Run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘

Yay, well done! And well done on dry January too πŸ₯‚

Take it easy on the next run as it catches some people out πŸ‘πŸ˜

Thanks Wenderwoo! January was a long month! Strangely though easier to do dry January because of C25K, now I don’t want a hangover to ruin a run πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ who even am I 🀣

Very well done.

I did the same run a few days ago and also did dry January.

Fell off the wagon a little bit on Feb 1st , but ran today week 6 run 1.... it went fine but as others mentioned on this great forum just be a little careful with this one.

Keep going and enjoy , you can do it πŸ‘πŸ‘
