Just completed this run, really really pleased with it- everything seemed to just go right- I’m tired now (obviously) but managed the whole run with relative ease- on to the next one can’t wait!

Well done to you Craig 14 on completing run 1 of week 5, so glad that you are so pleased with it. Onwards and upwards to runs 2 and 3 of week 5, run 3 is 20 minutes non stop, just take it slowly and steady. 😊

Run 3 of week 5 IS a MILESTONE run with C25K, a lot of people dread it, they see it looming up ahead and like me when I was about to run it toss and turn in bed the night before they run it, but after they run it they are so pleased with themselves, I know that you will be able to run it without any problems whatsoever. 😊 🏃
