Congratulations to you Popey52 on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE next to your username leave a message on the March graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊

Congratulations and well done. 55 overweight here and just done it for second time. Went through a spell of injury just after completion which was a set back so male sure you have lots of consolidation. Good on yes. Onwards!

Thank you for the kind messages... I'm turning into a running bore at home... forever working out new routes to run and talking about my achievements.... actually I don't care if they don't want to hear it... I'm loud and proud... oh and a graduate!!!!!

Excellent well done amazing. I completed my first C25K last Saturday and I’m still buzzing about it. So much so as I’ve decided to enter and run the race for life. In Cardiff . Bet you feel fantastic. It took me 50 mins to do but not bad for a 54 year old . Non runner x

Well done you! I’m on week 6 but have been ill for a month. Hope I’m at your level soon. I like the fact that anyone can do this. I too am overweight and have asthma but - boy, does running make you feel amazing. You’ll have to try the next level!! 🏅
