I've done it!

I've only just gone and graduated! I feel so emotional about it. Nine weeks ago I couldn't stumble 90 seconds and I just jogged 30 minutes non stop and covered 3.5 km.

This started due to lockdown and through fear that I needed to improve my health to fight Covid 19.

Thank you to this community. I've not posted much but I've been reading about everyone's journeys. It's been so uplifting and helped carry me through this. Thank you to the admins and graduates for posting such great advice.

To those on weeks behind me. You can do it. If an overweight 40 something woman with knackered knees who last ran at high school can do it...so can you!

Yes. I used to say that I didn't 'do' running. Turns out I actually enjoy it. More than anything I enjoyed the challenge. Now need to keep going.
