First soggy run!

After avoiding the gales yesterday,I woke to driving rain on bedroom window and howling wind but not of yesterday’s force so I knew it was now or forever be a fair weather runner. All good. Dodging puddles and well wrapped up ( no Lycra for me yet although my daughter bought me some just before I did my ankle in first time around but not me... yet?). Anyway, ankle twinged but ok so getting quite excited for what the rest of this week holds- whatever the weather!😁🏃‍♀️

Well done you ! I couldn't face the wind and rain again this morning so going to run after work tonight for the first time

Same here ! I woke up to the worst rain and wind so will postpone until tomorrow - glad I’m not the only one 💦💨

I'm cheesed off that I haven't been but the weather is so foul, it's impossible this morning.

I'm not a 'fair-weather' runner, I'm more a 'don't want to catch pneumonia or get blown into the road' kind of runner !

Tomorrow morning forecast is no better here (Midlands) so I'm going after work tonight x

I thought that yesterday but was just toooooo knackered. Put my timetable out as realised if I continue with a 2 day rest at weekend I will just be starting W9 and then go on holiday for a few days abroad which shouldn’t matter but is annoying me!!

Wow you're really turning into a runner if a break abroad annoys you !!

Well done ! I’m impressed you got out there, I love running in the rain but the weather here this morning was horrendous so postponed until tomorrow. Do you wear a lightweight waterproof jacket ? Good luck for your next run 🏃‍♀️
