First Run in 7 weeks - send help

Well what can I say...... 7 weeks since my last run and whilst it wasn't starting from scratch it was tough and my lungs were shouting at me saying WHYYYYYYYY....... had to walk a couple of times but it helped and I managed a bit longer.

Weather was dull, slight wind and perfect for running.

Going to take me a few weeks to get back to running fully so wish me luck.

Well done for keeping at it! Are you picking up the programme again?

Am doing my 5 minute warm up walk and warm down but am just going to try and increase each run. I always struggled running til about the 12 minute mark so if I can get to there in the next couple of weeks I will be happy.
