So pleased just graduated and not only that I managed 5.3 k at pace of 7.3k including the warm up/cool down. This is my best yet! May even muster up the confidence to do local park run.
Tips for next steps once I’ve kept this up for another 3 weeks? Don’t want to lose my motivation so think I might need an alternative to c25k to keep me going.

Brilliant stuff and many congratulations on such an amazing achievement! Get comfortable with 3x30 for a bit and there’s lots of plans out there. But consolidate for at least 3 weeks (took me 6!). 💪💪🏆🏅🎉
