Running shops in North Norfolk?

Any advise on where to go for running shoes in this area please?

Lots of places here sell running shoes but they not specialist.

Or, as a brand new runner, do I really need such high tech footwear?? Are trainers ok for 5k distances,??

Personally I had gait analysis after I got a knee injury. I started c25k again after recovery and haven’t had another injury. I did a quick google for you and found these. Not sure how close they are to you though.

You are a superstar!!! I've googled lots of times for NN but not found that site! Taverham is only a few miles away! Guess where I'll be going later today! And even better, therer is a lovely café there so a cake treat might be called for. How exciting!!

Well, back from Taverham, cake enjoyed and more importantly, gait analysed and new shoes bought!!!! OMG!! Will try and upload photo for anyone interested 😁
