Week2 repeat!

Decided to repeat w2r2 as I didn’t manage to do w3r1 as planned. I suffer from an arthritic condition which can flare up and leave me aching and fatigued-hence resting for a couple of days! Ironically, exercise is recommended to manage this thing-but it’s so hard to get up and out! Sooo, still feeling very tired this morning and talked myself into doing a run that I knew I could do. It was hard going with a cold crosswind, but managed to get around a 4km course. Felt grumpy when I finished, but a hot shower and cuppa later the endorphins have kicked in and I feel great!

Great, getting out running even though you didn't feel like it and you did it 😊😊

Well done for getting out there! I run following the Japanese slow jogging movement (there’s a short film on youtube showing how the technique works). It’s low impact and designed for injury free running - maybe it’d work for you?
