If you have completed all the other runs then you won’t have a problem take it nice and steady and you will surprise yourself good luck and stick with it

Well done I have just completed W6R3 I made sure I was well hydrated for the day before I ran and to be honest it was all good I even increased the pace for the last minute as Laura suggested the programme gets you here and you can do it! Good Luck
