Soo finally moved on from run 1. Found 1st ten min run ok albeit very slow. After the 3 min cool down found it hard to get back into it so kind of looking forward to next one which is a continuous 25 min run, will be hard but am finding am getting a nice pace going the longer I'm running.

Keep going I know exactly how you feel on this. Week 6 she is a bit of a minx. Good luck boxing the minx next time out

Thank you it has been a nightmare to get through week 6 but I did have a 2 week break for hols tho.
