After a break last year when life took over, re-started after Xmas and have just completed wk9r3 so am officially graduated! Spent last week in the countryside running by a reservoir and today had to deal with petrol fumes, traffic, pedestrians etc also my music failed so just had the app so was slower, but, I.did.it.
Thanks for all the support and the lovely people on this forum, it’s been a blast, I don’t consider myself a runner yet but I am treating this run as the start of my new regime rather than the end of something. Onwards people❤️🏃♂️

Hi There - it’s me again. I’ve just read your post, so wanted to reply to you as you so kindly did to me. I love that photo and I know swinsty reservoir - what a lovely place to run. It beats my football field🤭
Know what you mean about not thinking you are a runner, but I’m working on that, cos I think we are runners now.
And just think, now we have the lovely summer months to do freedom runs 👍🏼 Although, I loved the discipline of the 9 week plan.
