Finally completed W9R3, it was on the second attempt! 1st attempt the wind beat me on Sunday, so made the decision to go again last night and it was a great feeling to succeed. I managed 4.9K in 30 mins. Reading other peoples post I’m in the same mind of what to do next? I think I want to be able to do 5K consistently in 30 mins and then I’m not sure if I should try and increase to 10K or improve my time at 5K.
Oh well I will decide as I go along, one thing is for sure I’ve got the bug for running again and it feels good 😀

Congratulations! Celebrate well and enjoy some consolidation.
As for your what next dilemma... there’s very little difference in plans to chase 5k speed and plans to go to 10k as the overlap is huge... my 5k race plan ups the long run to 10k and beyond... and a 10k plan will usually mean that you find 5k easier and have more in the tank to go faster over 5k.
Hope that you enjoy every single run whatever you choose.
Congratulations JOTOI on graduating and completing week 9 run 3 of C25K,you got there eventually.
