Finally made it! W9 R3

Despite the wind and rain (and travelling to Henley for the Rewind Festival) I managed to find the time to get out for my final run and complete W9 R3 and Graduate! I have read a lot of posts on here which have really motivated me to keep going and convinced me to trust the programme (it really works!). My pace isn’t quick, but was really motivated to get to 5k by the end, so when the 30 mins had come up, I had only covered 4.3k, so I kept going until I hit 5k! What a feeling... so I can now say I did the C25K! Yay!!
