This was a hard run, legs were so heavy and tired but i did it!! ππββοΈππ
Actually feel so proud of myself and it feels amazing to have stuck with it and completed it! β€πββοΈ I even got home to a romantic candle lit dinner cooked by the hubby and flowers to celebrate! π₯°π

Congratulations what a great feeling. I too have just come back from wk 9 run 2 . Whoβd of thought I could do that. Are you planning to take it further?
Im going to stick with doing a few more 30 mins/5k until it feels easier to reach the 5k in 30mins and then i think i will up to 35 mins and so on π
going to do a few more 30 min runs until i feel its easier to reach the 5k distance and then i will slowly up the time i run, maybe add 5 mins and see how i get on π
Aww thank you, I only signed up on here last night and I love the positive thoughts everyone gives and the fact that we are all doing the same thing, even if at different levels, but everyone helps everyone along the way.
