Week 6 Run 2 completed first ten minutes ok but lost momentum after 3 minute walk and had to slow down for second 10 minutes but made it so on to run 3.

Well done for plugging on. The key thing at this stage is running for duration - pace and distance are secondary and can be worked on later if you want. As you progress you may find you need to run slowly all the time to complete it. Embrace the 🐌!

That’s my mantra if it gets tough slow down keep going if it’s still tough slow down again keep going

Thanks for the feedback on Looking back I think my problem was I didn’t hydrate enough yesterday so will make sure I do before W6R3 on Tuesday

Ah! Yes, the only run I ever had to quit on was really a hydration issue! Stay well watered on your rest days too!
