I listen to the lovely Laura on the C25K app. Her calming voice keeps me going. She told me it would feel easier next time, so I believe every word she says!

Well done, you’ve done it once and you didn’t give up. I hope the second run is easier for you. Remember to take your time, it’s not speed based, its duration based. Take as long as you need xx. We are cheering you on!
You are doing really well. You have got the right mindset to keep running. To be honest, I haven't found running easy, but to finish a run without stopping is something to be proud of.
I am just about to leave the house to do my 1st run of week 3. I'm actually a bit nervous!? I know I'm going to find 3 minutes difficult .... wish me luck
Well, it was actually ok! I survived Haha. 1st 3 minutes was a struggle, so slowed down a bit and 2nd time round coped better

Firstly, well done you for completing the run. That proves that physically you can do it. Keep working through the runs, all things being equal you will find them easier as the week goes on. Most importantly don’t worry about it, just do your best each run, and you’ll surprise yourself.
