I start week 3 tomorrow and am bricking myself.i haven’t run for 3 minutes in years so hoping I don’t fail tomorrow. It’s only one 3 minutes right?

Nothing to fear from 3 minutes, put on a playlist and it's only about the length of one song 😀.Good luck, smile and have fun, and start really slow, then you'll find you have the energy to run three minutes
How did you feel about 8 one minute jogs? And then last week, how did you feel about those 6 (SIX!) 90 second ones?
you won’t fail and if you do don’t worry just do what you can and at a later time try again but really I’m sure you got this good luck
Welcome... slow and steady and just follow the plan...each run each week, follows the one before...
Trust the plan and believe you can....
Well I started again some 4-5 years ago at 72. So my advice is to take it real easy, don't knock yourself out. Good luck.
You’ll be fine! I think it might be two off the top of my head, but trust the process. You can do it. Remember it’s not about speed so don’t set off too fast. It’s all about stamina. Your body can do it, don’t let your head tell you otherwise. Get out there and celebrate all that you have achieved so far. Good luck.
Just take it slowly, deep belly breathing will help you.You can do this.
Slow and steady, breath and you'll be fine.
ouch!!! That F word hurts my ears!!
F-first
A-attempt
I-in
L-learning
So the F word means something completely different on here…it’s a positive thing…if you don’t succeed the first time you can always learn from it and try again…nothing to fear…just get your head in the right place, shoulders back & get out there, nice and steady..you can do it, we know you can!! 💪
hi
I was so scared of doing week three that I kept putting it off and repeating week two over and over. But when I actually did it I found it easier than weeks one and two. In fact it was the pivot point for me and now I am just one run away from graduation. I will never be a fast runner but that was never my aim. At 64 I just want to be able to chase after my baby grandson and go on a park run with my older grandson. Just go as slow as you need to to complete the three minutes and you will be fine. Good running my friend
