I’ve been sat in a classroom all day training zzzzzz, glancing at the fields through the window and wishing I could be out running. Arrived home, quick change and out in the fresh air.
I’ve just noticed that my pace has improved, not intentional as I run/jog at a very comfortable slow pace.
I wondered as this wasn’t a conscious decision if this would be something that just gradually increases the more you run?
Or maybe I was just relieved to be out of the classroom and In the fresh air with a bit more spring in my step 😋😋
