Windy W7 R2 complete

Should have run this on Monday but was feeling low on energy and under the weather. Really enjoyed a steady 25 min run with an average pace of 7min 57 which is slower than it felt and slower than I will have liked but boy it was windy out there tonight !

Felt like I had plenty more to give tonight and that a 5k was well doable but stuck to plan.

My wife managed 7k

According to my app (zen labs) I “graduate” at the end of week 8 after my 30 min run.

After Week 8 Run 3 it says well done you have graduated now start working towards running 5k

Well done mate. It may have been a little slower than you wanted but you still got out there and did it!!
