Lagging behind my team 7 teammates! Was hoping to get my runs in on my normal days, was being too optimistic π.
Tues, Wed and most of Thursday was taken up with moving house, really wanted to run in our new area but two mornings getting up at 5am to greet removals and deliveries and working flat out left me with exhaustion, I didnβt want to put my body under more stress so today should have been my Tuesday run.
Itβs our Wedding anniversary so hubby and I have a couple of days in Burnham Market, Norfolk. We arrived yesterday afternoon and this morning I was itching to get go out for a run ( what has happened to me lol).
So off we went, last run was Sunday so legs were super tired for a bit, wondering what was going on. Got into a pace and completed with an added extra minute.. wanted to stop at the end of the lane. Stamina is great, but legs slightly letting me down. Glad I did it and now looking forward to a long walk on the beach.
Apologies to my team mates - have only logged on this morning so well done to you all that have completed or nearly completed week 7. I hope to complete on Sunday. πββοΈπ

I was a bit saddened when I was ill last week and suddenly felt βbehind.β I reminded myself there ainβt no time scale on this programme so donβt sweat it! As athlete George Sheehan says, there is only one runner in the race, and that is you.
It's a nice area of the country to explore. We had a fortnight about six miles from Cromer last year during Wimbledon Fortnight. The cracking weather helped. My mobile was doing sat nav duties on the drive down, overheated and couldn't be revived until the following morning. Given the cottage's keysafe code was in an email I'd forgotten to print out, that was a bit of a bind. Luckily I had the foresight to pack my previous smartphone, and I got that working in a lay-by on the A17 just before King's Lynn.
Excellent Jules. Good luck with all the moving. Itβs more than enough on its own. I love how dedicated we have become lol. Who wouldβve thunk it hahahahaha
I know ha ha ... canβt believe Iβm away and rather than have a lie in my first thought was β I have to run this morning β I donβt recognise myself πππ
