I don’t know where my confidence went ! This week I’ve managed a 10-minute and a 15-minute. Today I felt like hiding under the duvet, but I forced myself out for a walk and put in three 1-minute jogs because I felt like it. I hate the Panic Moth !
In better news, it’s a beautiful day here: the picture shows the BlueBirdRunner Bridge, at the opposite end of the park from Shelley’s Point. Happy running, everyone who’s out today x

Another lovely photo from you ButtercupKid, you enjoyed your run/walk today despite that Panic Moth hovering around, try and swat it some time.
Tomorrow morning I intend to walk and perhaps run a little as well all the way round the 5K ButtercupKid Trail named after you. As you taught me how to take photos I will see if I can take more photos of parts of it which so far I have not taken. Enjoy the rest of the day 😊.
Update BCK, on Sunday morning I took 4 photos of other parts of the ButtercupKid 5K trail, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I could only post one of them, when I tried to upload and post the other three photos a message came up in red saying "Oops, sorry cannot upload" 😪 I'll try another time some time, I do walks and runs on that route many times. 😊
I certainly will BCK. as you have already seen 4 photos, the ones that would not 'send' to C25K do look lovely on the phone, I'll go another walk on that route soon and take more photos and post them on. 😊 🏃
Ah, well done for getting out today Buttercupkid, and you felt like a few jogs and did them!
Your confidence will return, just doing what you are able to do * IS Good Enough * though😊..you are a Graduate and have earned your badge (stripes)
Remember that there is no pressure on you to run for any specific time, All exercise run/walk is doing you good....and hopefully does leave you feeling better.😊
Do keep posting so we can remind you how well you are doing!
The sun is shining on that BlueBirdRunner bridge inviting you over....thank you for including me on your run route, it means a lot. I will whisper to you' Well done' every time you run over it...😘
You keep us going with your posts and photographs, and you’re entitled to be kind to yourself, you’ve gone out and defeated that moth so good for you. Don’t forget how much you’ve achieved and how much you inspire us.
You got out this week and ran some runs and that is what matters. There is no rule saying every run you do now has to be a certain length. You even did a few little short spurts on your walk today because you felt like it. That is great! Keep doing what you are doing and that Panic Moth will eventually get tired and flutter away. You are doing great!
You’re doing a fantastic job doing what you’re doing, at least you’re getting out and doing something, even if it’s not as much as you’d like. Just keep doing what you can n more will come soon, I just know it x
So sorry that the darned PM is back... but I love that you did 3 x 1 minutes jogs ‘because you wanted to’! I think we could all benefit from a bit of spontaneous ‘doing something because we want to’!! X beautiful photo... enjoy the sun x
