I did it... I'm so proud....the proverbial 'over the moon'

So last night I went to my gym... yes I run on a treadmill... and I did my graduation run...

The run itself was fine, averaging 7-8 kph speed, felt well in control... easy breathing... a little puffing after I upped the speed for the last minute...

And now its done... I feel so chuffed... I've never done anything like this before.

I've promised myself to keep running at least three times a week, actually miss it when I don't run, which is a weird thing for me to say...and have started weight training/swimming/ squash on the other days.

I think you lot on this board / community are amazing... I love reading all your posts. It shows we all live real lives, with real stuff going on, and people keep coming back to the running. I completed my C25K over 12 weeks not the 9, cos life happens..and that's fine..

We can all do this, and improve our health and feel great...

Love you all,

Riz x
