It was the latter.
Intentionally the latter, as I do have a few niggles, due to a combination of Wednesday’s run and yesterday’s slide on some mud that saw me landing on my bum 🤦♀️
It was also uphill for the most part, but nothing too steep. I think I turned onto the flat/slight downhill just after the 20 minute mark. Luckily 5 minutes later I was being told so slow down just as I got to the worst holes in the path that I’d come across all morning.
I only recorded the run time, not the warm up or cool down walks (which I did do).
