Either the Hill was Very Steep, or I Ran Very Slowly

It was the latter.

Intentionally the latter, as I do have a few niggles, due to a combination of Wednesday’s run and yesterday’s slide on some mud that saw me landing on my bum 🤦‍♀️

It was also uphill for the most part, but nothing too steep. I think I turned onto the flat/slight downhill just after the 20 minute mark. Luckily 5 minutes later I was being told so slow down just as I got to the worst holes in the path that I’d come across all morning.

I only recorded the run time, not the warm up or cool down walks (which I did do).

W7: R3, 2.35k in 25:17

Good time that for 25 minutes of week 7 run 3, I see its quite a hill, I know what's it like to fall like that, ouch. Onwards and upwards to week 8 which are 3/28 minute runs. 🏃 😊

Thanks. I can’t really run anywhere without doing some sort of hill/incline.

It’s funny, I don’t remember W8 being run 28 minutes for each run, my first time around... 🤣

That really was the worst of it hole-wise, thank goodness, though there were some sticky muddy puddles that I mostly managed to skirt on the way up.
